Description

  • Own end-to-end talent searches from first contact through offer stage, including outreach, research, negotiation, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring teams on team building, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
  • Coordinate candidate communication and interview logistics to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Schedule phone screens and video interviews across multiple stakeholders and manage calendar availability efficiently.
  • Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent for Engineering and Development roles.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
  • Strive to increase diversity in talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and engagement.
  • Track candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System, Lever.
  • Use data and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Network online and offline in the tech community to promote the Olo employer brand and attract candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiter role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their talent needs.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting, Boolean searching, and niche tech platforms.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate technical job requirements to candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Lever, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
  • Understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
  • Legally able to work in the UK, Lithuania, Latvia, or North Macedonia.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across Engineering and Development is implied and preferred by the role context.
