Description

  • Support strategic initiatives across VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
  • Use data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks.
  • Establish and refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
  • Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies and drive scalable structural solutions.
  • Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives across business workflows.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models, including process automation, AI copilots, and intelligent execution systems.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, insight synthesis, and executive reporting.
  • Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support decision-making.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution discipline and delivery momentum.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, consulting, or high-impact project delivery roles.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure business problems, define the right questions, and generate actionable insights using data and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Comfort operating in an AI-native workflow, with strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-framing skills.
  • Strong data literacy, including metric definitions, attribution logic, and statistical interpretation.
  • Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments such as top-tier internet companies, global technology companies, FinTech, trading, or consulting organizations.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify root causes, simplify complexity, and design scalable operating solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • High ownership and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Strong interest in AI-native ways of working and emerging AI-enabled operational models.
  • Experience in crypto, FinTech, or consulting is preferred but not required.
  • Experience driving AI adoption across business workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation frameworks, LLM-based workflows, or AI-assisted productivity systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
