Description

  • Own end-to-end partnership development and management for affiliates, KOLs and VIP traders in Poland and the broader Eastern EU.
  • Proactively recruit and attract new affiliates, VIP traders, trading communities and influencers to grow the network.
  • Plan and implement strategies and campaigns to increase trading volume, acquire new users, and promote active transactions via affiliate channels.
  • Create and coordinate content and performance-driven initiatives for affiliate channels to achieve measurable results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning partnerships with business objectives.
  • Initiate and participate in meetings with partners to explore expansion opportunities and strengthen cooperation locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, providing market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends, analyze market gaps, and refine strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Poland.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams (nice to have).
  • Prior experience at a crypto exchange, trading company or CFD broker (bonus).
  • Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian and/or other Eastern European languages and passion for blockchain/crypto trading (nice to have).
