Description

  • Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities across Latin American markets, including payment rails, trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps.
  • Build a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, including competitors, user segments, regulatory trends, and macro factors affecting adoption.
  • Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to different LatAm user segments, such as first-time crypto users, active retail traders, and remittance-driven users.
  • Partner with regional business development, marketing, and operations teams to align product initiatives with local growth objectives.
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from discovery and onboarding through execution and post-trade review.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements in the region.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop strategies that serve diverse trader profiles, from advanced traders to novice and speculative users.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to turn user insights into shipped features and iterative improvements.
  • Measure the impact of product initiatives using clear metrics and data-driven analysis to refine strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
  • Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web.
  • Experience working with different trader personas and their needs and behaviors.
  • Ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong product sense, attention to detail, and a history of shipping products users love.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize work, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Direct experience in the Latin American market is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, cross-regional teams is a strong advantage.
  • Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship from OKX.
