Description

  • Identify and prioritize product and business opportunities specific to Latin American markets.
  • Build a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, including competitors, user segments, regulatory trends, and macro factors.
  • Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to different LatAm user segments.
  • Partner with regional business development, marketing, and operations teams to align product initiatives with growth goals.
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from discovery and onboarding through execution and post-trade review.
  • Define and execute the regional product roadmap for trading experience improvements.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to turn user insights into shipped features and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve trading interface layout and usability.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver features efficiently while balancing innovation and operational feasibility.
  • Measure the impact of product initiatives using clear metrics and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing product role, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
  • Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web.
  • Ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong product sense, attention to detail, and a track record of shipping products users love.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to prioritize work, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage, though not required.
  • Direct experience in the Latin American market is preferred.
  • Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, cross-regional teams is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore is prioritized; candidates requiring visa sponsorship are less likely to be considered.
