Description

  • Identify and prioritize product and business opportunities specific to Latin American markets.
  • Build a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, including competitors, user segments, regulatory trends, and macro factors.
  • Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to different LatAm user segments.
  • Partner with regional business development, marketing, and operations teams to align product work with growth goals.
  • Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from discovery and onboarding through execution and post-trade review.
  • Define and execute the regional product roadmap for trading experience improvements.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback to identify pain points and high-impact opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with design, engineering, data, and marketing to turn user insights into shipped features and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve trading interface layout and usability.
  • Partner with engineering and measure product impact using clear metrics to refine strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
  • Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web.
  • Ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong product sense, attention to detail, and experience shipping products that users love.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize work, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage, but not required.
  • Direct experience in the Latin American market is a plus.
  • Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, cross-regional teams is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not prioritized.
