Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI agent infrastructure, from problem discovery and requirements definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure used by internal AI product teams.
  • Partner with engineering, AI/ML research, and business stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into shippable product requirements.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks and quality metrics to improve agent performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Build feedback loops that connect production signals such as user ratings, task success or failure, and escalations back into model and data improvement pipelines.
  • Define platform SLAs, KPIs, and capacity plans while balancing scalability, reliability, and fast iteration.
  • Stay current on the AI agent landscape and translate new models, tool-use paradigms, and orchestration patterns into infrastructure opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or developer infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI products or platforms to production in consumer or enterprise settings.
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to discuss model architectures, prompt engineering, API design, and system trade-offs with engineers.
  • Solid understanding of the AI agent development lifecycle, from data collection and annotation through training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks or platforms such as Claude Skills, Anthropic MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants API, Coze, or Dify is preferred.
  • Experience building PaaS-level platforms, low-code/full-code toolchains, or multi-agent orchestration systems is preferred.
  • Background in software engineering or technical product management with coding experience is preferred.
  • Experience with responsible AI practices, including safety evaluation, bias mitigation, hallucination detection, and guardrail design, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Web3 or fintech domain is preferred.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape for agent infrastructure and evaluation, including leading companies in China and globally, is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not prioritized.
