Description

  • Lead Auth0-specific discovery and positioning for CIAM solutions within strategic accounts, including developing SKU strategies and pricing models with Auth0 SE specialists.
  • Partner with Key Account Directors (KADs) to generate pipeline and proactively shape new opportunities to ensure a robust Auth0 presence in the account portfolio.
  • Drive deal execution and competitive positioning by implementing winning tactics to overcome technical hurdles and market competition.
  • Collaborate with Principal SEs and Auth0 technical specialists to validate when Auth0 is the best-fit technology and to lead CIAM technical discovery sessions.
  • Support commercial alignment by ensuring Auth0-specific technical and business requirements are accurately reflected in proposals and pricing.
  • Serve as the dedicated Auth0 subject-matter expert during customer engagements, leading deep-dive discussions on CIAM business outcomes and technical implementation.
  • Coordinate with Front Line Management and cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Legal, Finance) to maintain alignment and a seamless "One Team" experience for the customer.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions, with a specific focus on Identity (IAM) or developer-centric platforms; CIAM experience highly preferred.
  • Experience shaping and navigating multi-million dollar sales cycles within Global or Key accounts, with a focus on deal shaping and competitive displacement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and partner with account owners to drive specialized revenue.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value and navigate SKU-level pricing and strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presence to lead technical discovery sessions with both developer personas and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with solution engineers (SEs) and Principal SEs on technical validation and deal strategy.
  • Remote work eligibility (LI-Remote) with potential travel to office locations for in-person onboarding as required.

  • On-target compensation (OTE) range for San Francisco Bay Area: $308,000–$462,000 (inclusive of base salary and incentives).
