Description

  • Lead financial system enhancements, integrations, and automation projects across the systems development lifecycle.
  • Manage Finance system implementations, enhancements, and integrations with third-party implementation partners.
  • Ensure finance systems are integrated with the broader business architecture and provide timely reporting and transparency.
  • Support data migration activities for acquisitions and new Finance system implementations.
  • Define processes, maintain documentation, oversee deployments, and monitor ongoing system health.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing for new customizations and process changes.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and instruction manuals for Finance systems.
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and resolve issues through JIRA to minimize disruption to Finance and Accounting operations.
  • Support monthly and quarterly IT general controls, sign-offs, documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors on controls testing, evidence gathering, and SOX compliance.
  • Design and deploy automation-enabled solutions to streamline close, controls, reporting, and tax workflows.
  • Partner with FP&A and Treasury on AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and financial data workflow improvements.
  • Identify and scale cross-functional automation opportunities across Procurement and Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting or Finance), or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance systems management, systems integrations, or business systems analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with NetSuite highly preferred.
  • Experience with other finance and operations systems such as Coupa and Workday.
  • Experience leading systems integrations and implementations.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements and automation or AI initiatives.
  • NetSuite or other ERP Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and SOX compliance is preferred.
  • Experience at a fast-growth startup, IPO, or de-SPAC company is preferred.
  • Preferred remote location in the U.S. Mountain or Central time zones, with a preferred physical location in the Bay Area, California.
