Description

  • Maintain, update, and re-baseline Integrated Master Schedules for federal government programs.
  • Manage, monitor, integrate, and improve schedule execution against major program milestones.
  • Analyze critical path, near-critical path, bottlenecks, interdependencies, float, slack, and schedule variance.
  • Use schedule data to support Power BI dashboards, executive briefings, and reports.
  • Maintain a risk and bottleneck repository.
  • Track key milestones, deliverables, and schedule progress against planned timelines.
  • Monitor vendor schedule performance and resolve weekly and monthly variances.
  • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management to assess project progress.
  • Lead the Schedule Integrated Product Team and participate in related governance forums.
  • Serve as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor government personnel on best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with federal government acquisitions and integrated project planning.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects.
  • Experience performing program schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and schedule variance.
  • Experience building and maintaining a program-level IMS and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Experience using enterprise-level scheduling software.
  • Ability to propose process improvements for integrated scheduling.
  • Ability to serve as a scheduling subject matter expert and mentor program staff.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active and current DoD Secret clearance.
