Description

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for business insights.
Build and optimize OLTP and OLAP dashboards for analytical reporting using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Use Python for data integration, manipulation, and automation.
Design and implement data architecture solutions that improve data processes and efficiency.
Create and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from streaming platforms such as Kafka to Snowflake or other data warehouses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize and streamline existing analytics processes to improve reporting capabilities.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and deliver timely, actionable insights.
Support team leadership and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data architecture, or process optimization.
Strong expertise in SQL, including complex query writing, database performance optimization, and large dataset management.
Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
High-level knowledge of Python for data integration, manipulation, and automation.
Experience building data pipelines from streaming platforms such as Kafka and integrating with Snowflake.
Strong experience with data architecture, process optimization, and ETL pipeline management.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring junior analysts.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
B.Tech from a premier or Tier 1 college preferred.
Experience working in Big4 or an analytical/consulting firm preferred.
Experience working in an AWS cloud environment and with Snowflake preferred.
Experience with market-standard ETL tools such as Informatica or ODI preferred.
