Description

  • Define and execute Oath’s long-term global regulatory roadmap and market-entry strategy.
  • Oversee regional regulatory activities, including US state registrations, EU processes, and registrations across the Middle East, Turkey, and Central and Latin America.
  • Own all USDA/APHIS permitting activities and maintain compliance for field release and commercialization.
  • Serve as Oath’s primary liaison with global and national regulatory authorities, leading negotiations and resolving compliance challenges.
  • Coordinate with regional leads and contractors to prepare regulatory dossiers and submissions.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate international regulatory and policy changes, including EU FPR 2019/1009, USDA/APHIS updates, and Brazilian regulations.
  • Advise Business Development and R&D teams on research, production, labeling, product development, and market-entry initiatives.
  • Establish global regulatory reporting standards and document submissions, official communications, and compliance milestones.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of regulatory affairs experience in agricultural, biostimulant, or microbial products.
  • Demonstrated regulatory experience across the United States, Brazil, and European markets.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with USDA/APHIS, EU regulatory bodies, and national competent authorities.
  • An existing network within relevant regulatory agencies is highly preferred.
  • Master’s degree or higher in agricultural engineering, agronomy, forestry, or a related scientific field.
  • Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
  • Ability to manage diverse regulatory frameworks in multinational and multicultural environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical regulations to commercial stakeholders.
  • Strategic, proactive, and adaptable approach to evolving regulations and compliance challenges.
  • USA-based remote location preferred; role is home-based.
