Description

  • Manage day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs in accordance with HRSA guidance and applicable regulations.
  • Serve as the primary compliance contact for Covered Entity clients.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, reconciliations, account monitoring, and operational assessments.
  • Monitor program activity, data integrity, accumulations, replenishment, and operational workflows.
  • Manage 340B ESP submissions and manufacturer inquiry resolution as needed.
  • Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare for HRSA, manufacturer, payer, and internal audits, including documentation collection and corrective-action tracking.
  • Analyze program data to identify risks, improve efficiency, optimize compliant savings, and mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, pharmacy operations, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and TPAs.
  • Educate clients and internal stakeholders on 340B requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, HRSA guidance, compliance requirements, and program operations.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex compliance workstreams with accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with frontline and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience managing 340B programs for FQHCs, DSH hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, or other Covered Entities preferred.
  • Familiarity with 340B TPAs, ESP submissions, and manufacturer compliance processes preferred.
  • Experience supporting HRSA audits or internal compliance assessments preferred.
  • Background in pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or healthcare administration and proficiency with data analysis tools or 340B software preferred.
