Description

  • Monitor daily Informatica IDMC operations, including taskflows, ingestion jobs, and data integration workflows.
  • Ensure production jobs meet SLA commitments for completion windows, data freshness, processing volumes, and performance.
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
  • Perform root cause analysis, reprocessing, job restarts, and data backfills when needed.
  • Escalate product defects and platform issues to Informatica Global Customer Support.
  • Administer IDMC environments, Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, assets, and platform configurations.
  • Perform Secure Agent health checks and maintain platform stability, availability, and performance.
  • Manage logs, disk utilization, housekeeping, credentials, certificates, and authentication components.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support seasonal releases, patches, upgrades, and regression testing.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering Informatica Cloud (IDMC/IICS) environments.
  • Strong understanding of Informatica Operational Insights, job monitoring, and production support processes.
  • Experience managing Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and platform configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/data integration operations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management.
  • Knowledge of SLA-driven production support environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Mass Ingestion (CMI) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with ITIL-based support and service management practices is preferred.
  • Informatica certifications are a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and data warehouse environments is preferred.
