Description

  • Train and equip the solutions engineering team with EHSQ+S expertise.
  • Support the sales team with content, product positioning, and business solution ideas.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process and help close technical evaluations.
  • Educate prospects and clients on how Novara fits into their EHSQ+S and compliance ecosystem.
  • Lead product demonstrations and proof of concepts for complex opportunities when needed.
  • Collaborate with sales team members on presentations and configured demonstrations.
  • Assist with sales training on product capabilities and competitive strategies.
  • Own the RFP process from a solutioning standpoint and support response package development.
  • Build understanding of competing products and differentiate Novara in the market.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to bring prospect and market feedback into the roadmap.
  • Gather and centralize product feedback from sales activities and help prioritize enhancements.
  • Serve as the voice of the sales team to Product Management.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to present, demo products, and engage prospects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering within a SaaS environment.
  • EHS experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety principles and best practices.
  • Technical expertise with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop Solutions Engineers or other client-facing professionals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and technical sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to align value proposition to prospect pain points.
  • Experience with document generation and business process automation is a plus.
