Description

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through offer close.
  • Source engineering and product talent, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outreach.
  • Partner on strategic hiring for a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Close top technical talent and manage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Work within core hours aligned to a team based in PST and MST.
  • Use feedback and results to iterate and improve recruiting approaches.
  • Expand scope over time by taking on additional recruiting leadership responsibilities as trust is built.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
  • Personal sourcing experience for at least 80% of prior hires, especially for startups without brand recognition.
  • Deep understanding of engineering and product hiring.
  • Track record of strong execution and consistent delivery.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to take feedback and optimize approach.
  • Ability to work fully remotely with core working hours aligned to PST and MST.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to sourcing and hiring challenges.
