Description

Develop new applications and services using C#, Ruby, microservices, and Azure PaaS technologies.
Take ownership of the Ruby codebase and migrate it to C#.
Deploy, manage, and support production systems and environments.
Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions.
Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
Test new applications and services across a variety of environments.
Maintain and modify existing applications independently.
Estimate, plan, and organize work through user stories and tasks.
Monitor platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior.
Mentor, coach, and support other engineers, including participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
5+ years of experience with C#/.NET.
5+ years of experience working with microservices.
4+ years of experience working with Ruby.
3+ years of experience working with React.
3+ years of experience working with AWS or Azure.
Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
Experience working in backend, production, or PaaS-focused environments is expected.
Passion for open source and staying current with modern development practices is preferred.
