Description

  • Develop new applications and services using C#, Ruby, microservices, and Azure PaaS technologies.
  • Take ownership of the Ruby codebase and migrate it to C#.
  • Deploy, manage, and support production systems and environments.
  • Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions.
  • Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
  • Test new applications and services across a variety of environments.
  • Maintain and modify existing applications independently.
  • Estimate, plan, and organize work through user stories and tasks.
  • Monitor platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior.
  • Mentor, coach, and support other engineers, including participating in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET.
  • 5+ years of experience working with microservices.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Ruby.
  • 3+ years of experience working with React.
  • 3+ years of experience working with AWS or Azure.
  • Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
  • Experience working in backend, production, or PaaS-focused environments is expected.
  • Passion for open source and staying current with modern development practices is preferred.
