Description

Execute reconciliation processes across the company’s full transactional flows and ensure proper recording and audit compliance.
Review automated reconciliation results, analyze discrepancies, and report potential issues.
Ensure all processes are executed according to committed SLAs.
Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies found during reconciliation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Support smooth and effective client relationships through coordination with the Accounts Management team.
Work within a remote LATAM team environment and participate in team interactions and collaboration activities.

Requirements

Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience working in reconciliations.
Experience working in finance operations.
Experience working in auditing.
Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to analyze large datasets.
Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Advanced English or fluent Spanish is required.
Strong communication skills for supporting clients and collaborating with international teams.
