Description

  • Build, test, and deploy lifecycle email campaigns in Marketo Engage according to stakeholder briefs and SLA timelines.
  • Configure Marketo programs, smart lists, audiences, tokens, assets, naming conventions, and tagging structures.
  • Perform rendering QA, link validation, content checks, and pre-send approvals across email clients and devices.
  • Manage audience segmentation, suppression logic, exclusion lists, and data hygiene using Marketo or Adobe Experience Platform/Real-Time CDP.
  • Set up dynamic content, triggered program flows, and A/B test splits.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, platform errors, and stakeholder escalations through resolution.
  • Maintain operational runbooks, template libraries, and intake documentation.
  • Analyze post-send reports and identify anomalies in opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
  • Apply QA at human approval gates for AI-assisted or agentic campaign builds.
  • Deploy Marketo landing pages or coordinate page creation through AEM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign execution.
  • Deep hands-on Marketo Engage experience, including program architecture, smart lists, audience selection, dynamic content, templates, triggered sends, and tokens.
  • Experience with Litmus, Email on Acid, or comparable cross-client and cross-device testing tools.
  • Strong audience and list management skills, including segmentation, suppression rules, exclusion lists, and data hygiene.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce and complaint management, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for template edits, rendering troubleshooting, and inline style fixes.
  • Experience using AI-assisted production tools and human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
