Description

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Plan, lead, and execute user experience research with stakeholders across research, design, and product management.
  • Run moderated and unmoderated studies including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept validation, and diary studies.
  • Analyze web user behavior using analytics and product data and connect findings to user feedback.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear insights, user journeys, and prioritized recommendations.
  • Communicate research results through presentations, visual artifacts, and storytelling that influence design decisions and product strategy.
  • Help ensure the website and digital products solve real user problems and support data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience applying user research methods to product design.
  • Experience planning, developing, and conducting user research and testing.
  • Strong experience moderating user interviews.
  • Experience analyzing web users, including behavioral and analytics data.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring research work.
  • Proficiency with user research and analysis tools such as Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, and Optimal Workshop.
  • Motivated self-starter who can take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical judgment.
  • Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
