Description

  • Lead all site and program security operations in compliance with NISPOM, SCI, and SAP regulations and policies.
  • Oversee physical security readiness and report findings and recommendations to the Senior Manager of Industrial Security.
  • Own security incident response, including notification, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.
  • Oversee the maintenance of SCIFs and other classified spaces at the site.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses and turn findings into corrective action plans.
  • Lead annual and no-notice assessments, inspections, facility certifications, and accreditation activities.
  • Prepare, review, and manage DD254s and coordinate flow-down requirements with industry and government partners.
  • Translate contract and agreement requirements into operational security practices.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the site security team while ensuring operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for escalated security matters with internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and U.S. Government entities.
  • Provide strategic security recommendations to site and company leadership.
  • Support Growth, Product, and Contracts with technical sales and business development input and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience in industrial and physical security.
  • Significant experience in cleared defense contracting, SCIF, and/or SAP environments.
  • Prior experience serving as an FSO or in an equivalent authority role.
  • Deep working knowledge of NISPOM, SCI, and SAP requirements.
  • Demonstrated people-management experience, including supervising, mentoring, and developing a security team.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with senior government and industry stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving process improvements in a compliance-heavy environment.
  • Experience supporting business development or technical sales conversations in a cleared or defense-adjacent environment (preferred).
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • In-scope TS/SCI security clearance eligibility and commitment to maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
