Description

  • Engage prospective students through phone, text, and email outreach on the expected cadence.
  • Qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs through meaningful conversations.
  • Identify and understand prospective students’ needs using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to individual prospects and audiences at virtual and in-person events.
  • Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit.
  • Provide accurate and ethical advice aligned with university policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an ownership mindset focused on positive enrollments and student outcomes.
  • Meet recruitment benchmarks by continuously engaging prospects and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Positive attitude with grit, drive, and persistence.
  • Legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the United States for the duration of employment.
