Description

  • Manage the referral program end to end, including tracking, payouts, and communications.
  • Identify and engage power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers.
  • Conduct outreach to bloggers, forum administrators, Facebook group owners, and other potential referral partners.
  • Monitor referral performance and optimize program mechanics to increase participation.
  • Coordinate referral campaigns with the growth and marketing teams.
  • Respond professionally to referral-related questions and disputes.
  • Report monthly on referral traffic, signups, and program ROI.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage a program with multiple moving parts.
  • Comfortable tracking performance in spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
  • Proactive self-starter with relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in growth, community, or word-of-mouth marketing.
