Description

  • Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for the subscriber list.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history.
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, and calls to action to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain welcome, re-engagement, and offer-alert automations.
  • Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.
  • Coordinate with the content team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar email platforms.
  • Strong, natural writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability.
  • Strong attention to detail, including proofreading mass emails.
  • Comfort working with email templates and making basic HTML edits.
  • Self-managed, organized, and deadline-driven.
