Description

  • Manage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces across Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social comments.
  • Respond to member questions, posts, and feedback in a timely manner using an authentic brand voice.
  • Create regular community content such as polls, threads, announcements, and conversation starters.
  • Identify and recognize top community members and power users.
  • Collect community feedback and share insights with the product and content teams.
  • Coordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor community health metrics and report trends on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Proven experience managing or growing an online community on any platform.
  • Strong written communication skills with a warm, authentic voice.
  • Empathy and patience when handling frustrated members.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple community channels at once.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit moderation tools.
