Description

  • Create regular written and video content on API management, observability, AI/API topics, and customer implementation stories.
  • Attend and speak at developer meetups and community events across Western Europe on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation that is useful and engaging for developers.
  • Cover ecosystem integrations and practical how-tos such as EKS setup, Grafana optimisation, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Engage authentically with developer communities online and in person.
  • Feed community insights back into product and marketing teams.
  • Document real implementation experiences and emerging ecosystem topics that developers care about.

Requirements

  • A computer science degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Ability to read code, understand architecture, and work hands-on with technical problems.
  • Some experience creating content, such as writing, video, talks, or a combination of these.
  • Comfort speaking to small groups and attending meetups or community events regularly.
  • Genuine curiosity about the API and infrastructure space.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn quickly, explain clearly, and go deep when needed.
  • A creator mindset and authentic communication style that builds trust.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across Western Europe.
  • Hustle, self-direction, and energy for working in a small team environment.
  • Passion for the AI/API space and familiarity with using AI frequently in an informed way.
  • Existing presence in developer communities, such as a blog, YouTube channel, GitHub, or conference talks, is nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, observability tooling, or CI/CD pipelines is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with API management concepts is nice to have.
