Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer goals and design solutions aligned to their data, analytics, and reporting needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations highlighting the platform, AI agents, and automation workflows.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution designs, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept plans.
  • Explain how AI agents work with data transformation capabilities such as data ingestion, aggregation, and visualization.
  • Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously with clear follow-ups, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical Services on integrations, API workflows, and complex technical questions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI innovations to improve demo strategy and credibility.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role supporting SaaS or technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, APIs, and integrations, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience demoing AI-powered tools or automation workflows is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, AdTech, or MarTech ecosystems, including data pipelines and reporting workflows.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with SQL, APIs, marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and GA4, and BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity for AI, automation, and next-generation marketing data technologies.
  • A balance of technical depth and business acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced sales processes.
  • Applicants must be located and authorized to work in the US or Canada, and the company does not offer visa sponsorship or transfers.
