Description

  • Research, develop, and maintain advanced machine learning models with a focus on natural language processing and understanding.
  • Design, implement, and optimize ML/LLM solutions (including transformers and RAG workflows) for client applications.
  • Integrate AI models into existing systems and collaborate with the development team on end-to-end delivery.
  • Experiment with new models, techniques, and tooling to improve model performance and capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and share learnings across the team.
  • Ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of ML solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in machine learning and natural language processing, including familiarity with LLM architecture and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch (or similar).
  • Experience with transformer models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and language-model application tools like LangChain and ReAct.
  • Experience with vector databases and related retrieval tooling.
  • Experience with cloud computing services for ML, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of ML deployment and monitoring practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to new technologies and occasional meeting availability during North American East Coast business hours (and sometimes West Coast times).
