Description

  • Gather and analyze client requirements and business processes.
  • Map, configure, test, and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions.
  • Implement and support ERP and HCM conversions, integrations, reporting, and interfaces.
  • Lead or support full lifecycle implementations, including user training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop inbound and outbound integrations, data extracts, approval configurations, and security solutions.
  • Create reports using BI, OTBI, FRS, and Smart View.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Produce quality technical documentation and solution designs, overseeing delivery for assigned projects.
  • Own assigned deliverables and collaborate with client and internal team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Oracle Cloud experience.
  • Expert hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM conversions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Technical implementation or support experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Requisitions, and Purchasing.
  • Technical implementation or support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Workforce Management, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Models, conversions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Functional ability to perform transactions in Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Hands-on coding experience with PL/SQL, PeopleTools, advanced SQL, and OTBI reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Security, SSO, approvals, data conversions, OTBI, Smart View, and FRS reports.
  • Experience with HDL, FBDI, Oracle REST, Oracle SOAP, and OIC for data conversion and integration; OIC is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience gathering requirements, mapping, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support across full lifecycle ERP and HCM implementations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP data models, work structures, DFFs, extracts, and security design and implementation.
