Description

  • Provide technical expertise and delivery oversight for assigned Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM projects.
  • Gather requirements, map business processes, configure solutions, and support testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM conversions, integrations, reports, extracts, and interfaces.
  • Develop technical solutions using PL/SQL, advanced SQL, PeopleTools, OTBI, BI Publisher/FRS, and Smart View.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud security, SSO, approvals, DFFs, work structures, and related core components.
  • Own or assist with identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Lead or contribute to full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations.
  • Prepare quality technical documentation and senior-level solution designs.
  • Work independently while collaborating with project teams and adapting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud.
  • Expertise implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM conversions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Requisitions, and Purchasing.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM conversions, integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, Workforce Management, HCM Data Models, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Compensation.
  • Hands-on coding experience with PL/SQL, advanced SQL, PeopleTools, and OTBI reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Security, SSO, approvals, HDL, FBDI, Oracle REST, Oracle SOAP, and preferably OIC.
  • Experience developing BI, OTBI, FRS, and Smart View reports, as well as inbound and outbound integrations and extracts.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, data mapping, configuration, testing, user training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP data models, work structures, DFFs, and functional application transactions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, ownership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deliverables through completion, and respond to changing priorities.
