Description

  • Lead AI enablement programs that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term use of AI tools and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and demonstrations for business users and executives.
  • Advocate for AI adoption by addressing stakeholder concerns and identifying practical use cases.
  • Answer technical questions about system design, data flow, failure modes, retrieval, grounding, and human review.
  • Partner with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Develop communications, learning materials, and resources that support organizational adoption.
  • Define and track adoption, engagement, and business outcome metrics, using feedback to improve programs.
  • Help regulated organizations implement AI in alignment with governance, compliance, and risk requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field.
  • A specific example of building or configuring a generative AI solution, such as an agent workflow, guardrail, or automated triage process.
  • Working fluency across multiple AI platforms, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with executives, business stakeholders, and end users.
  • Ability to influence skeptical audiences and build confidence in new technologies and ways of working.
  • Quantifiable results from prior work, such as adoption, engagement, time saved, or error reduction.
  • Experience developing and delivering enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI training and adoption programs.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance and diagnose business processes for AI opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
  • Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications; regulated-industry experience in banking, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
