Description

  • Respond promptly to incoming lead communications by phone, email, web appointments, and voicemail while providing high-quality customer service.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current students and share accurate information in compliance with FERPA.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep contact information and student records up to date.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the learner management system (LMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms in real time.
  • Identify and merge duplicate records in LMS and CRM systems to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Process student applications, enrollment updates, payments, and refunds in accordance with policies and timelines.
  • Audit new student documentation for completeness and accreditation compliance.
  • Prepare and provide a daily activity report (DAR).
  • Identify process or policy improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Support cross-functional projects as needed and take on additional responsibilities as they arise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated experience in college admissions, data entry, or customer service preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work standard hours starting no earlier than 8:30 AM local time, with adjusted start/end times for Eastern time zone employees.
  • Availability for one late-night shift per week.
  • Availability for occasional Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule based on business needs.
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
  • Attendance at New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah is required.
  • Travel, lodging, and other accommodations for NCO are covered by the college.
