Description

  • Operate Latitude test vehicles safely and in compliance with procedures.
  • Perform vehicle inspection, start-up, launch, and shutdown tasks.
  • Follow operational procedures and processes to the highest standard.
  • Escalate safety and performance issues promptly and clearly.
  • Document daily events to support development of driving technology.
  • Communicate feedback on system performance, including strengths and improvement areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of employment experience required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Latitude AI’s minimum driving record requirements.
  • Ability to pass a ten-panel drug screen and criminal background checks before employment.
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to monitor software on a laptop in a moving vehicle, type proficiently, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in a professional environment emphasizing safety, honesty, procedure, and/or software testing.
  • Strong interest in technology and software, with the ability to adapt to frequent changes and improvements.
  • Ability to work in close quarters professionally for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to remote offices and test facilities as needed.
  • Autonomous vehicle and/or on-road data collection industry experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Jira basics preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
