Description

  • Drive growth opportunities and support go-to-market strategies for Cloud Services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage consulting engagements across global teams.
  • Provide direct and indirect consulting tailored to client needs.
  • Mentor team members and ensure quality assurance across engagements.
  • Develop actionable implementation plans for client initiatives.
  • Deliver consulting services in financial crime prevention and performance improvement.
  • Promote NICE Actimize solutions in collaboration with product and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business consulting experience in financial crime within a services firm, consulting firm, regulatory body, or large financial institution.
  • Subject matter expertise in financial crime, performance management, business analysis, and training.
  • Proven business development experience with services-led solutions.
  • Strong track record in opportunity development and service sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS required; MBA or MSc preferred.
  • Professional compliance qualification from ICA or CAMS is required.
  • Strong mentoring and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in database operations and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, and/or Fraud Detection.
  • Familiarity with strategy, operations, and data analysis methodologies.
