Description

  • Own and manage projects across the full lifecycle (Initiation, Data Acquisition, Configuration, Data Validation, UAT, Tuning, Deployment).
  • Serve as primary interface between customers and NiCE support/R&D/product teams to manage escalations, critical issues, and customer expectations.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, progress monitoring and contingency planning.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders across business units and effectively communicate project status, risks and recommendations.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations for customers and internal management to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop, implement and maintain standard practices for client implementations aligned with the PM operating model.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across internal teams and stakeholders and align project objectives with company goals.
  • Participate at a high level on both functional and technical aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
  • Advocate customer requirements to product management, R&D and other internal stakeholders to influence product/solution improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-8 years of IT industry experience (overall).
  • 6+ years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computers/IT/Electronics or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field acceptable.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (MUST).
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project (MPP), JIRA, Confluence and Power BI.
  • Proven experience managing multiple major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups and strong client-facing experience.
  • Working knowledge of Banking and Finance domain (MUST).
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, organization, time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication; ability to run programs independently (or with minimal support); techno-functional background is a plus; preferred availability to work USA EST shift (5 PM–2 AM IST) for some roles.
