Description

  • Own the Quote-to-Cash transformation end-to-end across lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, order-to-fulfill, invoice-to-cash, and revenue/finance processes.
  • Serve as the internal business owner and primary counterpart to the external systems integration partner.
  • Hold governance teams and workstream owners accountable for scope, timeline, and outcomes.
  • Re-engage Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and functional stakeholders to drive decisions and business results.
  • Provide senior sponsors with clear, fact-based updates on status, risks, and delivery confidence.
  • Track and report value realization against business outcomes such as customer experience, monetization scalability, KPI visibility, and shorter cycle times.

Requirements

  • Led or been directly accountable for an enterprise-scale quote-to-cash, CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition transformation.
  • Experience with a large, complex, multi-year program and the ability to get up to speed quickly on the domain.
  • Ability to work credibly with external systems integration partners and CIO-level technology leadership.
  • Experience restarting or rescuing a stalled transformation program.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and executive sponsors.
  • Experience with Zuora or a comparable monetization, billing, or revenue recognition platform (preferred).
  • Prior experience as the business-side executive over a large, systems-integrator-led enterprise build (preferred).
  • Background in Finance, Revenue Operations, or IT transformation leadership with quote-to-cash or order-to-cash domain depth (preferred).
  • An advanced degree is a nice-to-have.
