Description

  • Acquire new enterprise customers across Western Europe, with primary focus on Italy plus Spain and Portugal.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with BDR resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans aligned to business goals.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting through discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close.
  • Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to build business cases, ROI models, and digital transformation conversations.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Prepare, present, and conduct demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Use CRM systems consistently to track sales cycles and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven success as an Enterprise Sales Executive selling SaaS in the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
  • Experience managing sales cycles with senior stakeholders, especially SVP and C-level executives.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win in a hyper-growth company.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to drive deals independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfort working with a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Location in Germany and focus on the Italy territory in Western Europe.
