Description

  • Establish and manage relationships within the NICE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives, revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Develop joint business opportunities and execute partner development programs to grow TSD revenue and footprint.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of NICE products and services through partner-led initiatives and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation, and product/service utilization.
  • Document, present, and align joint business plans with partner goals and objectives to support mutual success.
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NICE products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify, document, and track opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage established support and management processes to escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to execute corporate strategy for new growth and represent NICE at industry and partner events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years in partner/channel roles with a proven track record managing TSD partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • Enterprise business and financial modeling experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to interpret and explain financial and statistical information.
  • Demonstrated business development skills to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud service provider platforms, TSDs, cloud and digital transformation, CRM platforms, digital channels, RPA/automation and self-service technologies; willingness to attend industry/partner events.
