Description

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve system performance, scalability, and security.
Partner with development, security, and IT teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives.
Establish best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and deployment.
Design and manage cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Ensure reliability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, compliance, and access control.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in DevOps, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
Experience with Kubernetes security, serverless computing, microservices, or service mesh tools such as Istio or Linkerd is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills are preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Passion for continuous learning and development is preferred.
