Description

  • Lead technical guidance, troubleshooting, and platform support for partner customers after readiness.
  • Champion product enhancements by advocating for complex partner needs with engineering and product teams.
  • Own escalated support engagements, including root-cause analysis and resolution of critical issues.
  • Oversee complex implementation projects, including configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and onboarding strategies.
  • Define readiness criteria and manage smooth handoff from implementation to steady-state support.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Partner Success, TAM, and partner-facing teams.
  • Assess partner maturity, identify technical gaps, and help build scalable adoption plans.
  • Create and share best practices, technical playbooks, and lessons learned across partner accounts.
  • Coach Implementation Engineers and lead internal knowledge-sharing and enablement efforts.
  • Represent partner technical needs in executive business reviews and strategic planning forums.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to executive stakeholders and diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% regionally, with some international travel as needed.
  • Experience partnering with channel or reseller organizations is preferred.
  • Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization, professional services, or solution delivery is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of global partner ecosystems or channel/alliances strategy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, API ecosystems, or enterprise deployment patterns is preferred.
