Description

  • Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
  • Develop conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel automation using the NiCE AI and Digital portfolio.
  • Architect agent behaviors, including intent handling, workflow orchestration, prompting strategies, knowledge retrieval, and decision logic.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Implement observability, evaluation, and feedback loops to improve agent accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
  • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as CRM, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and operational systems.
  • Develop APIs, services, orchestration layers, and multi-step workflows that enable real business transactions.
  • Build full-stack solutions, including web interfaces, backend services, integration layers, prototypes, and reusable components.
  • Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical architectures and working solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and presales teams to identify product gaps, create demos, and inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and conversational AI architecture.
  • Experience with backend services, APIs, web and conversational interfaces, integration layers, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CRM and business system integrations, knowledge systems, data stores, and identity and access management.
  • Deep technical expertise across full-stack development, AI agent architectures, APIs, integrations, and conversational automation.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and business leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience designing, prototyping, and operationalizing AI agents in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with observability, evaluation, and iterative testing to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Ability to build secure, scalable, and reliable integrations across customer environments.
  • Experience developing reusable demo frameworks, prototypes, and proof-of-value implementations.
  • Preferred: background in solution architecture, sales engineering, or presales support for AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
