Description

  • Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents for live, scalable deployments across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and commerce.
  • Own the entire AI agent lifecycle from early pilot through launch and ongoing refinement and optimization.
  • Develop agentic systems that measurably outperform human operators on metrics like retention and churn reduction.
  • Design and build agents that handle nuanced, integrated customer interactions across a range of CX-transforming use cases.
  • Create reusable agent frameworks and patterns tailored to the demands of different industries.
  • Drive design partnerships and influence new product directions, including agent architectures, self-service features, and generative development workflows.
  • Integrate and pioneer emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Collaborate directly with decision-makers at leading enterprises to define high-priority problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Capture field patterns and problems to inform the evolution of the platform, tools, and product roadmap.
  • Set standards and processes for how AI agents are constructed, evaluated, and improved in live production settings.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
  • Demonstrated builder mentality with high personal agency and a bias for finding solutions and shipping them.
  • Startup founder or early-engineer experience is highly valued and helpful for understanding tradeoffs between speed, quality, and ownership.
  • Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting, loosely defined environments.
  • Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a major plus.
  • Working knowledge of current AI agent tooling including evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is an advantage.
  • Prior customer-facing or externally-led technical roles and comfort working face-to-face with customers are a plus.
  • Strong communicator who can persuasively engage both engineers and executives and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making forward progress without complete clarity.
