Description

  • Support the design, demonstration, and delivery of AI-driven customer experience solutions.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into creative solution concepts.
  • Learn to design AI and CCaaS workflows using low-code/no-code tools and scripting environments.
  • Participate in proof-of-value projects, RFP responses, and pilot implementations with guidance.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that communicate technical value to different audiences.
  • Explore conversational AI, IVR, and virtual agent technologies while contributing to real projects.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and sales leaders throughout the program.
  • Work with Account Executives and own opportunities after successful completion of the academy.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or entry-level candidate interested in launching a career in solution engineering.
  • Interest in AI, technology, customer experience, and contact center solutions.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into innovative AI solutions.
  • Understanding of responsible AI deployment and data-driven storytelling best practices.
  • Familiarity with the full pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery to demonstration to deployment.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills in a customer-facing environment.
  • Curious mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Exposure to Python, SQL, or Excel through coursework or projects.
  • Ethical, forward-thinking approach to deploying AI responsibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Internship or academic project experience in AI, data science, or contact center technologies is preferred.
  • Strong desire to grow into a technical pre-sales or solution engineering career path is preferred.
