Description

  • Operate at the intersection of AI product strategy, pre-sales, and customer success to shape solution direction and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and GTM teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents for large-scale customer interactions.
  • Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents through hands-on agent design and specification.
  • Lead delivery across multiple concurrent, complex agent projects and manage visibility with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Shape agent behavior using conversational design principles, product intuition, and performance data.
  • Surface data-driven action items and iterate on agent performance to improve customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
  • Support customer engagements as a strategic partner, guiding the evolution, execution, and adoption of concrete AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently.
  • History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.
  • Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows (technical depth without daily coding).
  • Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
  • Practical understanding of deploying AI that reliably serves real customers at volume.
  • Skilled at using performance data to identify issues, mitigate risks, and iterate toward better outcomes.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity, able to make sound decisions with incomplete information and align diverse stakeholders.
