Description

  • Manage the delivery of customer experience interactions and associated metadata using a variety of data delivery methods.
  • Develop pre-defined data structures for automated analysis of large CX interaction sets across audio, chat, email, social, and other channels.
  • Transform interaction metadata into approved formats for analysis and platform ingestion.
  • Load and manipulate CX interactions and transcripts within the NiCE Interaction Analytics platform.
  • Use evolving research tools to support data structure development.
  • Provide feedback to Research and Product teams on tooling and data integration improvements.
  • Work with client requirements to assess new requests and determine what can be supported.
  • Support direct client conversations as a subject matter expert on data solutions, expectations, and best practices.
  • Educate Consulting and Customer Success teams on data solutions, definitions, and best practices.
  • Manage the utilization of CX proof-of-concept VM servers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience or significant experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization as a services provider.
  • Experience using Windows Server.
  • Basic scripting experience in PowerShell, Command Line, or Python.
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred, including Data Manipulation Language and Data Definition Language.
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Familiarity with SSH and basic bash skills.
  • Experience with Docker, AWS S3 bucket access, and SFTP.
  • Experience using technology to build and analyze datasets for operational outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while handling competing priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of a corporate structure.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
