Description

  • Manage the full sales process for NiCE AI solutions from targeting and engagement through purchase order and implementation.
  • Lead account strategy and coordinate internal resources, including engineering and support, to advance opportunities.
  • Identify, nurture, and grow new sales opportunities across the assigned product portfolio.
  • Develop and expand the partner ecosystem by selecting business partners and creating growth action plans.
  • Position the solution with prospects using value-based selling, business cases, ROI analysis, references, and analyst insights.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation by speaking at conferences and webinars as a subject matter expert.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with VP, CIO, and CEO stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Support adoption and expansion after implementation to ensure customer success and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience planning, executing, and managing complex AI solutions sales across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in software and technology industries, particularly selling new or innovative products in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, team-oriented selling approach.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-level and VP-level business users and influence tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with a preference for autonomy and ownership of revenue-generating activities.
  • Strong domain and vertical expertise in CX.
  • Proven success selling AI and enterprise software or business solutions.
  • Quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of overachieving targets.
  • Experience working intensively with external clients and collaborating with technical solution engineers, service specialists, product teams, presales, and industry consultants.
  • Job is an individual contributor role and is marked as remote (#LI-Remote).
