Description

  • Own end-to-end social media delivery for Evershare, its portfolio brands and selected clients.
  • Develop social strategies through research, content ideation and measurable performance learning.
  • Direct AI-generated design, video, copy, translation, scheduling and reporting outputs.
  • Review, edit and quality-check content to ensure it meets brand and editorial standards.
  • Publish content, manage communities and maintain client communication.
  • Track and report on social performance, using insights to improve future content.
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, brand-voice guides, templates and automations.
  • Identify, test and implement AI tools and workflows, including testing new tools weekly.
  • Document workflows and improve campaign processes to make delivery faster and more repeatable.

Requirements

  • Portfolio of AI-created social content, design and video, including the prompts or workflows used.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients.
  • Confident daily use of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, strategy, copywriting and analysis, including custom instructions, projects or custom GPTs.
  • Experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Canva AI or Higgsfield.
  • Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen or CapCut AI.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to identify and improve unnatural AI-generated copy.
  • Ability to produce design and video through AI workflows, document processes and work against measurable output targets.
  • Organised, self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work remotely across multiple brands.
  • Ecommerce, food retail, travel or hospitality marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, basic SEO, or repurposing social content for blogs and newsletters (preferred).
