Description

  • Lead design, development, and customization of PeopleSoft components and interfaces for assigned modules.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business users, analysts, and module leads.
  • Develop and enhance Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker services.
  • Support integrations with third-party applications and Oracle Cloud platforms.
  • Perform impact analysis, testing, and migration of customizations across environments.
  • Ensure system stability, performance tuning, and compliance with patches and updates.
  • Own one or more functional areas and manage module-specific deliverables independently.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support end-to-end development and optimization activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience across HCM and/or FSCM applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one of these modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll for North America, Accounts Payable, or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.58+ preferred.
  • Experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, and SQR.
  • Working knowledge of integration techniques, including REST/SOAP web services and Integration Broker.
  • Ability to independently manage module-specific deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Fluid UI development preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP integration scenarios preferred.
  • Proven success in Agile or hybrid project environments preferred.
  • Must be located in a non-US, non-India location and able to work remotely during US Eastern time zone hours.
  • Must be 100% dedicated to this role and not support other customers or projects without prior written permission.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $10–$20 USD per hour.
