Description

  • Define and maintain the overall NetSuite architecture to support current operations and future initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary functional and technical point of contact for NetSuite-related initiatives and enhancements.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite across core modules including GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling.
  • Translate finance and accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations that support growth and compliance.
  • Design and support integrations with other enterprise platforms using best-practice methodologies.
  • Partner with the CFO organization and accounting teams to gather requirements, document needs, and lead solution discussions.
  • Perform hands-on administration of workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval processes.
  • Review, implement, and govern NetSuite configuration changes to ensure consistency and data integrity.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of NetSuite enhancements and releases.
  • Support data governance, financial controls, audit requests, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex NetSuite issues affecting finance and operations.
  • Maintain documentation and governance processes for NetSuite configurations, integrations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior administrators or analysts supporting NetSuite and related financial systems.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems.
  • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Experience partnering with senior finance leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined solutions.
  • Experience with Celigo integrations involving NetSuite (preferred).
  • Experience supporting Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Fintastic or advanced NetSuite financial reporting tools (preferred).
  • NetSuite certifications such as Administrator, ERP Consultant, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience supporting SaaS, subscription billing, or revenue recognition models (preferred).
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, integrations, or finance transformations (preferred).
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25% as needed.
