Description

  • Support the People & Culture team on projects and day-to-day HR tasks across the function.
  • Assist with job description audit and organization.
  • Develop and document career pathing materials.
  • Help design and develop an interview training course.
  • Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities as needed (coordination, documentation, or administrative tasks).
  • Ensure activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and complete additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need.

Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and effective communication style.
  • Ability to manage time, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria.
  • Interest in human resources and/or talent acquisition (preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team (preferred).
  • Remote work eligibility within the United States.
  • Ability to work extensively in front of a computer/monitor.
  • Availability for the internship period (approximately June 2 – August 7; ~10–12 weeks) and flexibility for weekly schedule per manager.
  • Willingness to complete the selection process (one-way video interview, skills assessment via Criteria, interviews with hiring manager and team).
