Description

  • Conduct client training and prepare customers for go-live events using Nextech’s standard implementation methodology.
  • Complete practice assessments and workflow analyses guided by industry best practices.
  • Train clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications in individual and group settings.
  • Provide onsite super-user training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and support post-go-live optimization.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and alignment with client needs.
  • Communicate progress updates to customers, project managers, and department managers.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to implementation progress and customer communications.
  • Travel to customer locations, with 75%+ long-distance or air travel required.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementation.
  • Ability to travel 75%+ long-distance or by air.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Knowledge of or experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialties (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical clinic workflows (preferred).
  • Understanding of HIPAA and PHI (preferred).
  • Background in insurance billing (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
