Description

  • Lead the design, execution, and ongoing evolution of the company’s total rewards strategy.
  • Oversee benefits strategy and administration across health, wellness, retirement, leave, and voluntary programs.
  • Manage benefit renewals, RFPs, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, open enrollment, and employee communications.
  • Develop and refine the company compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, market adjustments, and promotions.
  • Own end-to-end equity administration, including grants, cap table accuracy, reporting, and coordination with Finance and Legal.
  • Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable federal, state, international, EEO, HIPAA, and ERISA requirements.
  • Oversee HRIS and compensation systems, including system enhancements, data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
  • Coach and develop a small Total Rewards team while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on rewards decisions and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading Total Rewards programs and/or teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 500+ employees.
  • Experience in a company with at least $200M in revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, job leveling, benchmarking, and equity programs.
  • Experience running a self-insured medical plan.
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable, equitable, and data-driven rewards strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for analysis and decision support.
  • Preferred: experience with ADP.
  • Preferred: experience implementing or using AI tools.
  • Preferred: experience with compensation planning tools.
  • Fully remote position based in the United States.
  • Reliable internet access and a professional home office setup are required.
  • Ability to travel 1–3 times per quarter for team meetings, leadership offsites, or company events.
  • Standard business hours are expected, with flexibility for time zones and business needs.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required during peak planning periods.
